It is an update of an existing Law that prohibits “adult businesses” from operating within 300 feet of certain places: schools, public parks, and worship. Including “adult cabarets,” which under the Law show feature “male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to prurient interests.”

The first transgression of the Law will be considered a misdemeanor, while the second transgression will be regarded as a felony.
