British Olympic diver Tom Daley has announced the birth of his second child

Tom Daley (28) has been married to Dustin Lance Black (48) since 2017. The couple already has a 4-year-old son, Robbie Ray Black-Daley, born in California through surrogacy. And the couple had made no secret of their intention to retrace that path.
